After years of helping motor carriers pass audits, restructure safety programs, and manage compliance with hands-on expertise, we recognized the need for a system that could do more than just track files.
We didn’t want another generic platform built by software developers who’ve never set foot in a truck yard. We wanted a solution created by professionals who live and breathe DOT compliance—so we built it ourselves.
TrueDOT combines everything we’ve learned through Ethos—audit-proven practices, operational efficiency, and real-world insight—into a powerful, transparent, and intelligent compliance system. Today, we operate fully under the TrueDOT name, offering not just software, but the same expert consulting and hands-on support that made Ethos successful.

We’ve stood on the front lines—responding to tanker explosions carrying 180 barrels of crude oil in South Texas, managing truck fires at customer sites in West Texas, handling fatality and major injury accidents, and overseeing large-scale Hazmat spills.
